This forms the foundation of ORSC Geography: Roles and Structure, a course that deepens your understanding of key ORSC™ concepts, providing insights into relationship system roles and structures.
This course consists of two components: Lands Work and Roles. During the Lands Work portion of the course, you’ll develop a fuller awareness of the diversity and differences which people add to a system. You’ll learn to tap into the creative potential of these differences while also expanding your ability to empathize.
In the course's Roles section, we delve into how individuals associate themselves with various group roles, be it a job label such as CEO or a personal role like peacemaker. By discerning between the person and their roles, you develop insights that nurture openness within the group. Topics covered include:

The Geography course is three days long.
Virtual Intermediate
This virtual module consists of three consecutive full-days in one week. During the module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the module. More information about the homework will be shared in the confirmation letter and the leaders will give a detailed explanation during the first day of the course.
The ORSC modules must be taken in the order: Fundamentals, Intelligence, Geography, Path, Systems Integration.
The price of the training course is € 1.650,- (excl. 21% VAT).
Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. No 21% VAT will be charged. The price will then be € 1.650,-.
Payment method
You or your organization will receive a digital invoice from Competence Training Institute, which can be paid via bank transfer. Or use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.
Facility costs
The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea and an extensive lunch buffet is € 285,- (excl. VAT). You obviously do not pay any facility costs if you choose the online course in the 'virtual class'.

Certificate
At the end of the ORSC Intermediate (CRR Global - English) training, you will receive a certificate which shows that you participated in a 72-hour coach training. This certificate gives access to the ORSC Certification, the final level of the ORSC curriculum. The ICF has stipulated that you cannot miss more than one hour of an ICF-accredited course.
The Geography course is three days long. On the second evening of the module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the module. The leaders will give you more detailed information about this assignment before the first day of the module.
Since this course is based on a daily rate you are not obliged to stay at the venue overnight. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. Competence will not book your overnight stays and/or dinners.
You can choose from two formats, a) six half-days long divided among two weeks (3 consecutive days per week) or b) three consecutive full-days in one week. During each module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship.
