The ORSC Intermediate course is a four-part training program that completes your mastery of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. It expands on key concepts you learn during the introductory ORSC Fundamentals cours and is the upper-level training for ORSC certification.
Learn to navigate organisational change with this innovative approach to coaching and leadership. During the four three-day modules of the Intermediate course, you will fully discover the importance of emotions in human relationship systems. You will learn to help others identify their ‘locus of control’, empowering them to embrace change and thrive in relationship settings.

The ORSC Intermediate course benefits any professional interested in expanding their leadership and coaching skills. It requires at least a bachelor-level background or mental aptitude and successful completion of the ORSC Introductory course (Fundamentals).
Participants come from diverse backgrounds including personal, executive, Agile and organisational coaches, leaders and managers, HR, L&D and therapists.
The ORSC Intermediate (CRR Global - English) course consists of four modules, each of which is three days long.
On the second evening of each module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the module.
Virtual Intermediate
The ORSC Virtual Intermediate course consists of four modules. Each Module is three consecutive full-days in one week. During each module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment.

ORSC Intelligence: A roadmap for change
Learn the powerful dynamics of emotions and how they help us navigate change. By helping others identify their ‘locus of control’, you empower them to embrace new developments. This module provides the necessary tools for expanding emotional intelligence when faced with the unknown. After completion, you receive 18 ICF CCEUs.
ORSC Geography: Roles & structure
Start applying the MetaSkills you have learned during your ORSC™ introductory course. Geography explores the semi-permanent structures beneath any relationship. The two main components of this module are ‘Lands Work’ and ‘Roles’. Each provides deeper insight into relationships systems. After completion, you receive 18 ICF CCEUs.
ORSC Path: Vision & potential
Discover the creative potential at the core of all relationships. Viewing relationships as a creative force gives you insight into advanced concepts like the Path of Relationship, Quantum Physics and Dreams. Learn to create a shared vision and a strategic plan for achieving it. After completion, you receive 18 ICF CCEUs.
ORSC Systems Integration: Moving toward mastery
Deepen your ORSC skills and achieve complete mastery during this final module. This course integrates the dimensions of Intelligence, Geography, and Path through hands-on exercises and group supervision. It broadens your understanding of the ORSC model with extensive opportunities for practical application. After completion, you receive 18 ICF CCEUs.
The price of the training course is € 5.995,00 (excl. 21% VAT).

Each module of the Intermediate (Intelligence, Geography, Path und Systems Integration) can also be booked separately. The price of a single module is € 1650,00 (excl. 21% VAT).

Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.
Facility costs
The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea and an extensive lunch buffet is € 1.140,00 (excl. VAT). You obviously do not pay any facility costs if you choose the online course in the 'virtual class'.

Certificate
At the end of the ORSC Intermediate, you will receive a certificate which shows that you participated in a 72-hour coach training. This certificate gives access to the ORSC™ Certification, the final level of the ORSC curriculum. The ICF has stipulated that you cannot miss more than one hour of an ICF-accredited course.
The ORSC Intermediate course consists of four modules, each of which is three days long. Since this course is based on a daily rate you are not obliged to stay at the venue overnight. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. Competence will not book your overnight stays and/or dinners.
The ORSC Virtual Intermediate course consists of four modules. You can choose from two formats, a) six half-days long divided among two weeks (3 consecutive days per week) or b) three consecutive full-days in one week. During each module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the module. More information about the homework will be shared in the confirmation letter and the leaders will give a detailed explanation during the first day of the course.

The ORSC Intermediate training consists of four modules, spread over 4x 3 days. Would you like more freedom about when you take those study days? Would you like to spread the cost of the Intermediate? Or do you want to take the modules at different locations? No problem. ORSC Intermediate can now also be booked modularly!
There is only one rule: the modules must be taken consecutively. So you always start with Module 1, Intelligence and then move on to Module 2, Geography and so on.
