Course confirmation is emailed at least 3 weeks before the start date.
Facility costs are standard costs that are added to all in-person courses. They cover the cost of the training room, lunch, coffee and snacks. They do not cover any overnight stays at the hotel. If you wish to stay at the hotel, please book this separately yourself.

No we do not have any special price agreements.
It is possible to reschedule your course, once, free of charge, up until 14 days prior to the start of the course. Within 14 days a rescheduling fee will be applied. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
If you are a private registrant paying the invoice yourself there is a 14-day period after final registration in which you can cancel without costs. Please see our terms and conditions.
It is possible to pay the Intermediate course in 4 installments if you register as a privately paying individual, or as a one-person company. The first invoice will be sent approximately 4 weeks before the start of the first module. The remaining invoices will then follow every 5 weeks thereafter. There are no extra costs associated with this.
The invoice will be created within a few days of your registration and will be sent by e-mail.
You can pay via banktransfer, Visa or Mastercard (or, in the Netherlands, Ideal). Bank details and credit card links are given in the invoice which will be sent via email once your registration has been finalised.
